Returns
Thirty days, unworn, in its presentation case.
If a timepiece is not right, return it within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. It must be unworn, unsized, and returned complete with its presentation case, papers and any spare straps.
Return shipping is complimentary and insured. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the piece arriving back at the workshop and passing inspection.
Exchanges
Strap and bracelet exchanges within the first thirty days are free of charge. Reference exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.
