Customer Care
Warranty
Five years as standard. Eight on registration.
Every timepiece carries a five-year international warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, extendable to eight years when registered within ninety days of purchase.
The warranty covers the movement, case, dial and hands. It does not cover normal wear to straps and crystals, water damage where the crown was left unscrewed, or work carried out by a third party.
Servicing
A full service is recommended every five to seven years. Servicing is carried out at the workshop by the watchmakers who assembled the calibre, and every serviced piece is re-timed in five positions before return.
